Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Tech Law Labs handles when you visit this website or write to us, and why.
What we collect
- Email correspondence. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to manage any engagement that follows.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Browser storage. We store one value in your browser to remember that you accepted our disclaimer. It holds no personal data.
The website has no contact form, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
How we use and share it
We use your data only for the purposes above. We do not sell it. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and email, and where the law requires.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for any resulting engagement, and for the period professional and legal obligations require.
Your rights and grievances
You may ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to address a grievance, by writing to contact@techlawlabs.com. These rights follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules, as they apply.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page.
