Tech Law Labs advises founders, investors, technology companies and established enterprises on the interaction of regulation, technology, capital and commercial operations. The firm's foundation is technology and digital law. Data protection under the DPDPA is a dedicated practice. Capabilities in corporate transactions, investment, contracting and workforce compliance complement it, through a collaborating network of specialist professionals.

We help clients at every stage: structuring business models, bringing products to market, negotiating commercial arrangements, meeting domestic and global obligations, and executing strategic transactions.

Tech Law Labs works alongside its affiliate, Majine Systems, a deep-technology company in cybersecurity, cyber-physical systems, AI, data science and quantum computing.
